RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any non-customized jewelry items.To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
Customized or engraved items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they are received damaged or defective.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To initiate a return, please contact us.
In the subject, provide the name for the order and the order number. In the message, provide a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable). Please return the item in the original packaging if possible. If the original packaging is too worn or damaged, it is the customers responsibly to provide acceptable packaging for the return. We can help you with any questions you may have.
EXCHANGES
There are no exchanges accepted for any item in the store. You may fill out a return request and purchase a different item if you are not completely satisfied.
RETURN COSTS
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. In other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (including the packaging).
